Lebanese Sprinter Noureddine Hadid Recorded A Brilliant Performance At The ISSF
The Lebanese sprinter Noureddine Hadid participated in the 5th Islamic Solidarity Game (ISSF) held in Konya, Turkey, where he performed brilliantly in the 100-meter and 200-meter races.
In the 100-meter race, the Lebanese sprinter managed to score a time of 10.53 seconds, in the quarter-finals, whereas he excelled in the 200-meter race, recording a time of 20.89 seconds.
This score led him to take 3rd place in his group and qualify for the semi-finals, noting that Hadid’s number is very close to Lebanon’s record, which is 20.83 seconds.
In the semi-final race, he clocked 21.18 seconds, finishing 5th in the group.
Noureddine Hadid stands as the first Lebanese sprinter in history to qualify in the 200-meter race to the semi-finals of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
Last week, Lebanon’s medal tally rose to three medals when Taekwondo player Ward Salman took a silver medal, after defeating her competitors from Uzbekistan and Jordan.
Additionally, Tarek Moussalli along with Taekwondo champion Laetitia Aoun scored a bronze medal each.

شارك العداء اللبناني نور الدين حديد في (ISSF) التي أقيمت في قونية، تركيا، حيث أدى ببراعة في سباقي 100 متر و200 متر.
في سباق 100 متر، تمكن العداء اللبناني من تسجيل وقت قدره 10.53 ثانية، في الدور ربع النهائي، في حين برع في سباق 200 متر، مسجلا بزنا قدره 20.89 ثانية.
قادته هذه النتيجة إلى المركز الثالث في مجموعته والتأهل إلى الدور نصف النهائي، مشيرا إلى أن رقم حديد قريب جدا من سجل لبنان، وهو 20.83 ثانية.
في سباق نصف النهائي، سجل 21.18 ثانية، واحتل المركز الخامس في المجموعة.
يقف نور الدين حديد كأول عداء لبناني في التاريخ يتأهل في سباق 200 متر إلى الدور نصف النهائي من ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي.
في الأسبوع الماضي، ارتفع رصيد الميداليات اللبنانية إلى ثلاث ميداليات عندما حصلت لاعبة التايكواندو ورد سلمان على الميدالية الفضية، بعد هزيمة منافسيها من أوزبكستان والأردن.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سجل طارق موصلي مع بطلة التايكواندو لاتيتيا عون ميدالية برونزية لكل منهما.
